These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Musceaux Consulting Group website, digital resources, consultations, and related services. 2. Educational Nature of Services
Musceaux Consulting Group provides car-buying education, guidance, and consulting services designed to help customers better understand the vehicle-purchasing process and make informed purchasing decisions.
Services may include, but are not limited to, reviewing vehicle pricing and deal structures, explaining financing and leasing concepts, reviewing fees and optional products, discussing trade-ins, identifying potential concerns or red flags, preparing customers for dealership interactions and negotiations, discussing vehicle-related costs, and providing general affordability assessments and educational resources.
All information, recommendations, assessments, calculations, estimates, and guidance provided by Musceaux Consulting Group are for educational and informational purposes only. Musceaux Consulting Group does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit-repair, lending, or individualized financial advice and does not act as a financial advisor, attorney, accountant, lender, credit counselor, automobile dealer, broker, or agent for the customer.
Any affordability assessment, budget discussion, payment estimate, ownership-cost calculation, or similar tool is based on information provided by the customer and/or information reasonably available at the time of the consultation. Such information is intended to assist the customer in evaluating vehicle-related costs and should not be interpreted as a determination or guarantee that a particular vehicle, loan, lease, payment, or other financial obligation is affordable or appropriate for the customer.
Musceaux Consulting Group does not make lending or credit decisions, submit financing applications on behalf of customers, guarantee financing approval or specific loan terms, or determine a customer’s eligibility for credit. Actual interest rates, payments, loan terms, fees, insurance costs, taxes, trade-in values, and other expenses may vary based on the customer’s circumstances and the terms offered by third parties.
Customers are responsible for independently reviewing all purchase agreements, financing or lease documents, warranties, disclosures, vehicle information, and other contractual terms before signing or completing a transaction. Customers should seek advice from an appropriately licensed or qualified professional when legal, tax, financial, lending, insurance, mechanical, or other specialized advice is required.
The customer retains sole responsibility for all purchasing, financing, leasing, budgeting, and other financial decisions. Musceaux Consulting Group provides education and guidance to support the customer’s decision-making process but does not make those decisions on the customer’s behalf.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when requesting or receiving services from Musceaux Consulting Group.
The usefulness and accuracy of any guidance, calculations, estimates, or assessments may depend on the information provided by the customer and information made available by dealerships, lenders, manufacturers, insurers, or other third parties.
Customers are responsible for verifying information that is material to their purchasing decision before entering into a transaction.
The final decision to purchase, finance, lease, trade, sell, or otherwise enter into any vehicle-related transaction belongs solely to the customer.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Musceaux Consulting Group does not guarantee any particular outcome from the use of its services.
This includes, but is not limited to, guarantees concerning:
- Vehicle purchase prices
- Monthly payments
- Interest rates or annual percentage rates (APR)
- Financing approval
- Loan or lease terms
- Trade-in values
- Dealer discounts or incentives
- Negotiation outcomes
- Amounts saved
- Vehicle availability
- Insurance costs
- Approval for any financial product
- Overall dealership or purchasing outcomes
Vehicle pricing, financing terms, dealership policies, incentives, inventory, credit decisions, taxes, fees, and other aspects of a transaction are controlled or influenced by third parties and may change without notice.
Past examples, estimates, or results discussed by Musceaux Consulting Group should not be interpreted as promises of future results.
5. Consultations, Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Customers are responsible for selecting the consultation package that best fits their needs and providing accurate contact and scheduling information when booking.
Consultation durations are estimates or designated service windows. The actual amount of time required may vary depending on the consultation package, customer’s questions, circumstances, and information available.
Customers should arrive or join scheduled consultations on time and be prepared with any requested information or documents.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must do so in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website and any applicable terms presented at the time of booking.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms.
Musceaux Consulting Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation when reasonably necessary. When Musceaux Consulting Group initiates a cancellation, applicable remedies will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Digital Resources and Educational Materials
Musceaux Consulting Group may provide free or paid worksheets, checklists, guides, templates, educational documents, videos, downloads, and other resources.
Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for the customer’s personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, upload, commercially exploit, or otherwise make Musceaux Consulting Group materials available to others without prior written permission.
Digital resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes and may not account for every customer’s individual circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Musceaux Consulting Group—including its business name, branding, original text, graphics, worksheets, guides, educational materials, videos, consultation materials, presentations, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Musceaux Consulting Group and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Musceaux Consulting Group may discuss, reference, link to, or rely upon information provided by third parties, including dealerships, vehicle manufacturers, lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, insurance companies, vehicle-history providers, government agencies, online marketplaces, and other service providers.
Musceaux Consulting Group does not control these third parties and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, completeness, pricing, policies, products, services, decisions, or representations of third parties.
Any agreement or transaction entered into between a customer and a third party is between those parties.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of third-party products and services before entering into an agreement.
9. Accuracy and Availability of Information
Musceaux Consulting Group makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current educational information. However, automotive pricing, incentives, interest rates, taxes, fees, laws, regulations, lender requirements, manufacturer programs, dealership practices, and market conditions may change.
Information available through the website, consultation services, or educational materials may therefore become outdated or may not apply to every situation.
Musceaux Consulting Group does not warrant that all website content or educational information will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to a customer’s particular circumstances.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Musceaux Consulting Group and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, consultations, educational resources, or services.
Musceaux Consulting Group is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions made by customers, dealership actions, lender decisions, financing terms, vehicle condition, mechanical issues, vehicle depreciation, insurance costs, credit-related consequences, third-party information, or other matters outside Musceaux Consulting Group’s reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Musceaux Consulting Group’s aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Musceaux Consulting Group for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Website Use
You agree to use the Musceaux Consulting Group website and services only for lawful purposes.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, any applicable service-specific terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the customer and Musceaux Consulting Group regarding use of the website and applicable services.
